Monitor cloud server backups = Review the cloud server snapshot and file backups to verify that the cloud server backups were performed and within the expected range of number and size of files.
Test restore of cloud server backup = Restore a random file from the most recent cloud server file backup and verify that the file works.
Computer consulting = See rates. May be used for other cloud management which is not already included, technical support, or any other computer consulting provided remotely. Unused hours do not carryover.
